ABOUT ANNA


I was born and raised in Warsaw (PL), now living and studying in Rotterdam (NL). My early interest in architecture slowly shifted towards a broader understanding of the environment we are a part of, ranging from sustainability&nature, through society&culture, and psychology, to spatial perception and aesthetics of space. Constantly inspired by the surrounding, I try to notice the subtle elements, which constitute our everyday life, unseen.

I’m a student of spatial design at the art academy WdKA, Rotterdam. My main focus at this point is public space and its qualities to discover. In my projects, I put emphasis on contrasts, spatial relations, and interaction with people, through interventions, playful installations, and speculative models.


I base the themes of my works on thorough artistic research, and the execution is mostly practice-based experimentation with materials and forms. The goal, intertwined with the WHY, is directed towards an impact, an experience that end user can benefit from.
